| Instructions | Preheat oven to 400*. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Slowly add sifted dry ingredients, blending thoroughly. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll then between your palms to make balls about 1-inch in diameter. Place apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press balls of dough down until they are about 1/4-inch thick. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool. |

| Instructions | Plug in GT Express. Spray with non-stick spray. Fold tortilla in half and place in one of the wells. Fill tortilla with chicken. Put about three tablespoons full of salsa on chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and fold tortilla closed. Repeat in other well. Close GT Express and cook for 20 minutes. Scoop out with spatula and serve hot. **If you would rather use cooked chicken, to get rid of leftovers, cut the cook time down to 8 minutes, or until hot. |
